Paul Howard Johnson ...

Mr. Johnson joined Petrotranz as the Director of Client Services in 2008 and has since continued to expand his area of responsibility into Client Services, Product Planning, Operations, and Business Development. He assumed the role of Vice President in January 2011 and President in November 2013

Previously, Mr. Johnson was in the Oil and Gas Industry through various positions with Kudu Industries from 2005 to 2006 and on the Engineered Solutions Team as an Automation Specialist with Zedi Inc. from 2006 to 2008. From 1996 until the middle of 2004, Mr. Johnson was employed by several Fortune 500 companies including Telus and WestJet in Technical Sales, Operations and Customer Care Support roles. Mr. Johnson received an Applied Information Technology Diploma from the Information Technology Institute in Calgary in 2001.

Richard Weston ...

Mr. Weston is an operational leader with an eye for detail. He has a proven track record of building and improving a company's business processes, policies and management reporting systems in order to achieve efficient and effective operations reporting.In addition to being the Company's CFO, Mr. Weston leads our industry contracts with the Industry Technical Committee and Crude Oil Logistics Committee.

Previously, Mr. Weston was a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Teamplate Inc., acquired by Captaris Inc., now OpenText (Nasdaq: OTEX) in the fall of 2003 and he was the Vice President of Finance and Administration with Vertical Technologies Inc. (VTI) acquired by the Thomson Corporation (TSX: TOC) in 2004.

Jason Turner ...

Mr. Turner joined Petrotranz in in July of 2012 as Vice President of Research & Development and has since moved into the Chief Technology Officer role where he is responsible for all the process driven research aspects of product development as they relate to Petrotranz's industry solutions.

Prior to joining Petrotranz, Mr. Turner was a senior software developer with Pandell Technology from 2005 to 2012. Mr. Turner was a part of many large web based software application projects before eventually becoming the lead architect on the Petrotranz Crude Oil Transportation System project in 2007. Mr. Turner has previous Oil and Gas technology industry experience while working with Nexen Inc. as a data analyst/programmer from 2002 to 2005 and while working with Acanthus Resources Ltd. in 2001. In 2003 Mr. Turner received a Bachelor of Management degree with Honours in Information Systems from the University of Lethbridge.

Dallas M. Smith ...

Mr. Smith joined Petrotranz in March of 2013 as Director, Technical Solutions. His key initial responsibility was to ensure successful adoption and deployment of the Petrotranz Data Exchange (PDX) which had just been released. In October of 2014, Dallas became Vice President of Operations. This brought on a more expanded roll requiring his involvement in strategic planning, success of daily operations through customer support, technical integrations and overall infrastructure stability.

Mr. Smith has demonstrated strong management in his previous career positions, with a proven track record of success. Dallas' drive to always over-deliver on the customers' needs has proven to be a valued asset in his past roles such as Director, Customer Solutions with NeoSystems deploying cloud based Health, Safety and Environmental solutions to the Canadian Oil & Gas sector, to Manager, Solution Implementations with Zedi where he managed multiple teams of customer support and training individuals. Dallas was also founder and Vice President of Technology for his own dot-com venture in 2001-2003 taking the business to large scale national success.

Alex Gierus ...

Mr. Gierus joined Petrotranz in 2015 to lead expansion of the company's offerings into metrics, analytics, and decision support. Mr. Gierus has broad experience in energy, finance, and IT.

Most recently, Mr. Gierus was the Executive Director of the Petroleum Marketing and Valuation functions of the Alberta Petroleum Marketing Commission (APMC), managing nearly $2.5 billion in annual crown royalty collection and disposition and leading important industry initiatives on behalf of the Government of Alberta. Still with the public service prior to the APMC, Mr. Gierus led Alberta Energy's Oil Sands Economics and Markets policy group. Before his energy career, Mr. Gierus was senior finance manager for ten years at CN Rail, North America's top performing railroad. At CN he managed a wide range of portfolios with sizes of over $1.5 billion, using data science, technology, and process improvement to generate tens of millions of dollars in value. Prior to this, Mr. Gierus had a career in information technology with several Calgary-based start-ups. Mr. Gierus sits on the boards of Intriga Mobility and the Calgary Youth Science Fair Society.

Mr. Gierus has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration.

Lindsey Boguski ...

Lindsey has spent the past 14 years in various marketing related capacities within the Canadian Oil and Gas Sector. Leveraging both her Business Diploma from SAIT and her Bachelor's in Management from the University of Lethbridge, Lindsey has worked for some well-recognized organisations ranging from NetThruPut Inc., Seminole Canada Energy, ARC Resources to Harvest Operations. During her tenure with these organisations, she has developed a very wide-ranging grasp including; Accounting, Analytics, Logistics and Marketing for Crude Oil and NGL production.

In early 2012 Lindsey took on her latest challenge, accepting the role of Director, Industry Solutions with Petrotranz Inc. In her new capacity, Lindsey is a strong voice of guidance and experience to the marketing sector, working to facilitate standardization and efficiencies wherever possible.
